1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cibergente.com (the “Website”), operated by CTTO.tech LLC, doing business as Cibergente (“Cibergente,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

By accessing or using the Website, registering for a webinar, downloading a resource, submitting a form, or otherwise engaging with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

2. Description of Services

Cibergente is a Product Studio that supports organizations across the digital product lifecycle through three primary engagement models:

  • Product Academy — capability-building programs and applied learning experiences
  • Product Studio — product discovery, validation, and delivery engagements
  • Product Consulting — strategic, governance, and roadmap advisory services

Content published on the Website (articles, frameworks, templates, webinars, newsletters) is provided for informational and educational purposes and does not, by itself, constitute a service engagement, professional advice, or a contractual offer. Any formal engagement with Cibergente is governed by a separate, signed services agreement.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Website by, any third party. You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Website without express written permission
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Website without prior authorization
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or any material that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing

You may view, download, and use downloadable resources (e.g., templates, checklists) solely for your own internal, non-commercial reference purposes. No other use, reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is permitted without Cibergente’s prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services (for example, scheduling tools, payment processors, or social media platforms) that are not owned or controlled by Cibergente. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. By submitting your information through a form on the Website (e.g., newsletter sign-up, webinar registration, contact form), you consent to receive communications from Cibergente related to your request. 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Puerto Rico, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
