Coral Cotto-Negrón, PhD
For more than 15 years, I've worked at the intersection of technology, product strategy, and human-centered innovation—helping organizations turn complex challenges into products, businesses, and digital experiences that improve people's lives. My experience spans healthcare, education, government, and emerging technologies, where I've led product teams and digital transformation initiatives at organizations including the U.S. Digital Service at the White House, Abarca Health, and Money Group.
I founded Cibergente to help organizations navigate technological change with clarity, purpose, and confidence. Today, I advise startups, nonprofits, enterprises, and public sector organizations on AI adoption, product strategy, and innovation while also partnering with founders and organizations to identify high-potential opportunities, rapidly validate new ventures, and build products that can scale into successful companies. My passion is reducing uncertainty through evidence—combining human-centered design, modern product management, and Lean Startup principles to build technology and ventures that create meaningful impact.
